This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once. SpotHero and local parking provider are not responsible for theft, damage to your vehicle, or personal property. Please keep vehicle locked and do not leave valuables in your car. This facility does NOT provide a shuttle. The Blue Line train station is on the same property as this parking garage. The Blue Line runs 24/7 with elevator access. Access to the Cumberland Blue Line station walkway can be found at the south end of the lot, next to the Kennedy Expressway. To access O'Hare International Airport, take the Blue Line two stops north towards O'Hare. More information on the train station and schedule is available. License plate MUST be completely accurate to avoid being towed. Please do not add state abbreviations to the plate number as it may not appear in the system and will appear invalid. Also, overstaying reservations without extending may result in the vehicle being towed at the customer's expense. During high-demand periods, the SpotHero spaces outlined in blue may be occupied. ONLY in those cases, customers are permitted to park just north of designated SpotHero spots. This is the direction AWAY from the Blue Line stop. There should always be a stall available. Book a ride to the airport using a rideshare service! If you have any trouble scanning your QR code at the front gate please pull in through the back gate by taking the driveway just west of the building to south gate which will be up. Due to liability issues, The Marriott is not able to transport guests to-and-from O'hare that are not either staying at the Marriott or parking directly through the Marriott's Spot Hero parking reservations. Park & Ride tells its monthly customer's not to use the neighboring hotel shuttle, but rather utilize the Blue Line to O'Hare You must park in one of the spaces outlined in blue paint. Please see photos on parking pass for guidance. If you are traveling to O'Hare International Airport (ORD), you can access the Cumberland Blue Line walkway on the south side of the lot.
